Al,
That was a great presentation. Thanks for the effort. From my viewpoint two
parts stood out as extremely meaningful. One was your expressed willingness
to help resolve and protect the Club' entity within the County. Second, was
the outcome of the work with Zoe and Stacy that started in our first
meeting. The single most helpful new presentation was the analysis of the
current tax base for the Club.
As you know, the Board of Trustees of Beckett Point Fisherman's Club voted
unanimously to recommend to the Membership a change to an Assessors Plat of
existing leases with the new lots being owned by the Club. The voting will
be at the annual meeting on July 1, 2006. The Trustees will pre-inform the
membership of the importance and advantages of the new Platting.
What do you need from the Club or what help can I provide prior to May 25,
2006 to further this process?
Should we provide a letter requesting support for the septic system with
the requirement of an Assessor Plat with Club ownership of the lots to the
CDC, the Assessor, the Department of Health and the Department of Ecology?
