Send the notice only to the APO's and Beckett Point leaseholders. Send the notice, the "Memorandum" and the "Final Mitigated Determination of Non-significance and Lead Agency Status" to all of the Agencies and the parties of record. Please give me Randi Thurston's (WDFW) to send, I want to put in the JARPA and plans with hers so she can get started on the HPA. Agencies and parties of record have already been entered in Tidemark (use case SDP05-00023) I'll put the mailing checklist, list of agencies and parties of record, the "Memorandum" and the "Final Mitigated Determination of Non-significance and Lead Agency Status" in your "IN" box. The Beckett Point community leaseholder database is still in the P:\ drive. I'm keeping the file because I'm working on my staff report today. Please let me know if you have questions or need help.
