Commissioners t.o Olympia, Jany 12 & 13th, 1940.
WHEREAS, There is to be a joint State wide meet1nc of' County Commissioners,
Administrat.ors and Engineers to be held at Olympia on Jany 12 and 13th, 1940
and,
WHEREAS, it 1s deemed advisable that the Honorable Beare attend said
meeting,
THEREFORE, BE IT SO ORDERED, that. the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
proceed to Olympia, Washington, on the above named dat.e at public expense to meet
1d th thevarious groups.
