RESOLUTION NO / b f
WHEREAS, it is to the best interests oftne People of Jefferson
County that portions of the Hadlock-Portage' Canal road be improved
under the County Road Specifications" and
WHEREAS the public interests of the People of Jeffer.on County
demand the improvement" and
WHEREAS the estimated cost of the project is $1700.00,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Hadlock-Portage road be
improved from the intersection of the Hadlock-Portage road with the
Chimacum-Hadlock road in the SE NE SE Section 2, Twp. 29 N.R. 1 W.
W.M., thence in a southeasterly direction an approximate distance
of 1.0 miles, as provided under proviSions of "Chapter 187, s'es8ion
Laws of 1937" and Chapter 181" Session Laws of 1939" and that the sum

of $1700.00 b~ set aside from the County Road Fund for the purpCl)8es
aforesaid.
