RESOLUTION N04 r
WHEREAS a sum in the amount of 1250.00 was transferred to
the Federal Forest Reserve Road Fund in error, and
WHEREAS said sum should be credited to the Federal Forest
Reserve Fund, and
WHEREAS the monies in the Federal Forest Reserve Road Fund
have been transferred to the County Road Fund,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the County Treasurer of Jefferson
County be hereby directed to tranafer"from the County Road Fund
the sum of $250.00 to the Federal Fo re a t Reserve Fund.
