Minutes of the April session vlere read and approved.
RESOLUTION NO "B"44. signed
W1iEREAS, the period of cold weather caused abnorman damaee to the rOads of
Jefferson County, and
V'rrlEREAS, it is deemed necess(1,ry to rr,anu.facture suitable plant mix material
for repa~r of said roads,
WHEREAS, the estimated 80st of said project is :j;i1200.00,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the sum <;>f ~:l200.00 be set aside from the County
Road fund for the purpose aforesQid.

A letter was received from Mr. Gross of the State Land office re1f:'.tj_ve to a
parcel of land on the Big Quilcene Hiver, requested put up for srle by a prospective
buyer and which had been transferred to the ste,te and in his lettel' Mr. Gross
stated that he thought it would be unwise to sell the s!?,ne at this time and it
wes therefore so ordered that t~e purch~ser be refundem the deposit he had made.
