.WHEREAS THE COUNTY OF JEF}~RSON, is the owner of the folJovdng described
real ~~operty, which is suitable for park purposes, to-wit:

AND ll~Hl:,}~AS, The Board of County Commissioners, in session duly assembled,
deem it for the best interest of the County of Jeffer30n and the public generally,
that the aforesaid described real property should be dedicated for receeational,
public use and enjoyment.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the aforesaid described pronerty be, and it
is hereby is, dedicated to the public for the uses herein above set fortil for
park and recreational purposes, subject to all reasonable rules and regulations made
by the Board of County Commissioners; as by Statutes provided; and it is hereby further
resolved that said Board of Commissioners be, and they are hereby authorized to
name said recreational park.
