FEDERAL FOREST TTIFBER SALE: RECEIPTS for 1941.

ViH1EHEAS the FEDERAL FOREST RESlmVE HEC::UPTS for the year of 1941 and
reeei ved by the Treasurer of Jefferson County _ f'; /"r .2 / _4., were in the amount of
$56,293.35, and
VvHEREAS, it is the will of' the Board of' County Commissioners of .Jefferson
County that the sum of $25,000.00 be allocated to the seyeral school districts of
the County, such allotment to be at the discretion of the County School Sup8rj.,ntendent
and that the sum of $25,000.00 be allocated to the FEDERAL B.F}r~RV.~' HO.1D :;'UND and that
such amount shall be expended as provided by the County Road Budget for 1942.
THEREF01lE, we, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners, do hereby direct
the County Treasurer of Jefferson County, that such sums shall be transferred to
the respective funds as herein provided and that the bal,-Hlce (less an &TTlount of
$2,000 Elnerpency ~~01:utiQ!.'':.._NO.1-JL46) dated .Jany 9th, 1942 for Nationsl Defense)
shall remain as a contingent fund, the disposition of which shall "be !'lade later.
