RESOLUTION NO~~
~EREAS during the construction of County Road Project
No. 37, bad weather cond1t1ons were encountered, and
WHEREAS it was necessary to increase certa1n construction
items in order to complete the project, and
WHEREAS the scale of wages was increased during the course
of construction, and
WEIlREAS due to such conditions the final cost of the pro-
ject was $3547.27, an overrun of $1072.27 from the estimated
cost,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the sum of $3547.27 be
hereby set aside from the County Road Fund for the constvuction
of County Road Project No. 37, as provided by Chapter 187,
Session Laws of 1937.
