WHEREAS there is at present a great need for funds for
maintaining a civilian defense program within the County of
Jefferson, State of Washington, an d
WHEREAS the premises considered, the undersi@led Com-
missioners of Jefferson County, Washington, are fully satis-
fied that the purposes for whic h said oivilian defense funds
would be expended are fully in a ccord with the purposes for
whioh "'Forest Reserve Funds tt are supplied to this County by
the Federal Government,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Board of Com-
missioners for Jefferson County, Washington, that the sum of
Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars shall be transferred from said
:;fJForest Reserve Fund" to the said civilian defense purpo ses ~
in th,e said County, and the Auditor of said oounty is herewith
empowered to aooept vouchers up to that amount against said
funds, and the Treasurer of' said oounty is herewith authorized
and direoted to pay said warrants.
