AI, Greg and I would like to meet with you and appropriate staff for 2 meetings (hopefully 12/2, 12/3, 12/4
and/or 12/6) as follows:
Resort SEIS kick-off meeting:
Now that the Marina SEIS is just about at FSEIS and State/Federal Agencies have given us a green light, our
updated Resort SEIS schedule indicates scoping for the Draft SEIS to commence 12/2 to 12/23. In
addition, we have some concept's to look at (All. #1 - Owner Initiated w/ Plat Amendment, All. #2 - Owner
Initiated w/ NO Plat Amendment, and All. #3 - No Action) with you and your Staff.
Can we meet the first week of December? Do you want/need a per-draft scope/outline for the meeting? Do
you need to meet our consultant team or just the Team Leader (Reid Middleton)?
Olympic Terrace 1 Final Plat Submittal meeting:
I am pulling all Oly. T 1 F-Plat submittal requirements together for F-Plat approval and want/need to coordinate
prior to submittal. FYI - I am looking at a submittal prior to Christmas Break and F-Plat approval in January ,
02. We will be bonding the final 2-inch paving w/ thickened edge; shoulder ballast, raising rims/tops to finished
grade, JCDPW signs/traffic and Plat Mons (I'm working with Jim Pearson on that).
PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP, WHAT YOU AND YOUR STAFF SCHEDULES ALLOW, GREG AND I
WILL LEAVE OUR SCHEDULES OPEN TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT POSSIBLE FOR THAT WEEK.
