On behalf of Port Ludlow Associates, we would like to request a meeting with Jefferson County to present the
conceptual site plan for the Resort and discuss/identify potential EIS scoping issues. We are available to meet
the afternoon of either June 11 or 12. We are also available the afternoon of either June 18 or 19, but prefer an
earlier date if possible. The proposed site plan is being presented to the Port Ludlow corrununity groups at
this time.
