Resort Development Action Plan
AI,
Here's what I consider PLA's "wanna do" schedule for starting the review process. For now, I am gearing up
for the following tentative schedule:
1) Submittal of Resort Development Plan Application --- during week of June 23, 2003 (I asked that the
application be submitted no later than Thursday at Noon to allow time for setup, etc.;
2) Publish the Scoping Notice on Wednesday July 2, 2003. The scoping period would run the 21-day period,
thus end on July 23rd;
3) On July 16th, DCD would conduct a "Scoping Meeting" from 1 :00 pm until 3:00 pm at the Beach Club at the
resort. The conference facility at the Beach Club has been reserved;
4) After the "Scoping Meeting" interested parties would have until July 23rd to submit written comments;
5) PLA inquired about who's replacing the "Lead Planner" for Port Ludlow. I told them that I understood it to
be Michelle. They were pleased. They requested the following County participants for the Scoping Meeting -
AI, Michelle, Jerry and Josh (if available).
I hope I haven't left out anything important. Of course, without the timely submittal of a development plan, this
schedule would be altered.
