Port Ludlow Resort EIS
Re. EIS Alternatives - Mark and Greg have had another meeting with Port Ludlow groups, and from this and
previous meetings PLA believes that the current proposal should be compared with both the approved 1999
Resort Plan and the 1993 Plan as identified in that EIS. The 2003 Resort Plan decreases the Resort Facilities
approved in 1999, but increases the facilities addressed in 1993. The main difference between this and what
we talked about Wednesday is that we would not address offices in the Admiralty Three area.
Thus, in addition to the "Proposed Project" (2003 Resort Plan), the EIS would address:
The 1999 Resort Plan (per MPR regs) - No Action
Resort Plan as presented in the 1993 EIS
