We will mail them out today. We're not sure about when they will be delivered to your office through US
Postal Service. If you know receive them by the time you receive your Wednesday mail, send someone to get

I need them mailed out today and here tomorrow if at all possible, even if overnight mail is used. If not, we
need to make arrangements to have somebody get them. I am preparing for this evenings PL VC Resort SEIS
presentation today, and in Federal Way the majority of the day tomorrow meeting with ESM on Ludlow Cove,
so I am not able to come to PT. We have boards and I will get them ready. Bottom line, they will be posted
7/2/03 .

Mark,
County ordinance regarding public notice requirements are 3-fold (publication, mailing & posting). The
County takes care of publication & mailing. The applicant is responsible for posting at the property.
Coordination of posting needs to occur on or no later than the publication date of 2 July.
The County prepares the notices for posting, provides instructions and an affidavit of posting. The applicant is
responible for using county posting boards (available at DCD office). Or if you have 2 from prior projects that
will work. Do you want to have the notice packet mailed to you or do you want to pick up the packet? The
packets will be available in about 2 hours.
