notice posters on or near the site identified in the following proposed development description:
PROPOSAL: Environmental and Resort Plan Review of the Port Ludlow Resort Development Plan
under Section 3.90 of the Port Ludlow Master Planned Resort Ordinance. A project level
Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) analyzing the Resort Plan is required by the
Port Ludlow Master Planned Resort Ordinance. The scale of the resort development plan has been
revised from that described in the Port Ludlow Master Planned Resort Ordinance. Prior to defining
the scope of the EIS, a Public Scoping Meeting will be held.
These two (2) notices were posted in full compliance with JEFFERSON
PROCEDURES ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 04-0828-98 on:
