God afternoon, Executive Board members – Zoom webinar invites just went out to those of you who regularly or occasionally attend the PRTPO Executive Board meetings. If you did not receive
one and would like to attend, please let me know and I’ll send one your way.
You each have your own individual login in those emails but I am unable to attach your agenda packet to them. This email has the agenda packet for the December 16th Executive Board meeting.
You can also download the agenda packet from the Meetings page of PRTPO’s website <https://www.prtpo.org/meetings> . You will get a reminder email one hour before the meeting starts
on December 16th and it will also have your login link.
The meeting room will open at 9:45. Once the meeting starts at 10:00, I am unable to pick up or respond to email or phone calls. In that case you might try Edward Coviello, cc’d, as
he can resend invites and help get you into the meeting. His number is 360.824.4919
