Bottom line is that this is all good news.... .basically "all" environmental issues from scoping seems to be resolved....and we're down to just one issue to grind through. ..increased residential density -vs.- a huge overall reduction in environmental impacts from previously proposed. I'll accept that.... .I've worked on enough environmental impact documents to see the benefits that PLA is providing through a voluntary cut back -vs.- griping from a "I got mine - don't want you to have yours, hypocri te" . Different subject: I am on the short strokes with regards to Ludlow Cove Division 1. With this awesome weather, I am hoping to get a lot done this week..... . and reduce Bond Items as necessary. I am supposed to receive a draft Final Plat map this week. ...I am in final edits on CCR's..... .and my compliance document is 99% complete (just need to interface with F-Plat Map). I want to schedule a meeting for next week. .....to walk through condition by condition - mitigation measure by mitigation measure. Should this be you and I... .or Jim Pearson too? He may not want to play. Anyway, I REALLY need to get on the 12/15/03 BOCC......I hope that everything is good to go this week, but remember, we always have the Phase 2 recording (Lots #8-17) next Fall to catch anything we might have missed on the 7 lots within Phase 1. DON'T GO ON VACATION YET!!! :-) -----Original Message----- From: Michelle Farfan [mailto:mfarfan@co.jefferson.wa.us] Sent: Monday, November 03, 2003 12:03 PM To: Mark Dorsey Subject: FW: Draft EIS > -----Original Message----- > From: Al Scalf > Sent: Monday, November 03, 2003 11:22 AM > To: 'lkeenan@reidmidd.com' > Cc: Michelle Farfan > Subject: Draft EIS > > thank you for sending this information > > Michelle and I met with Mark a few weeks back > and discussed some of these issues > which we need to finalize before the draft EIS is published LOG tTEM # Co5 Page_) of..3-.
