On February 5, 2004 I e-mailed you the following message:
"I respectfully request that the County immediately have all docks, piers, floats and moorage buoys removed from the Inner
Harbor. I have lived on Ludlow Point since 1980 and attended many meetings regarding the necessary CC&R's for this area.
Article 4.2, Volume 299, Page 349 must be enforced."
After the meeting yesterday at the Beach Club, I am convinced that the permit process was knowingly circumvented. If it
takes a lawsuit, so be it. Thank you for your concern.
