Port Ludlow Resort Mitigation
1.
Living units over the water completely limiting access to one side of the waterside units,
how will the FD have access? Mitigation suggests a man way, I would like to review the
system that is proposed.
2.
All Hving units have approved fire sprinkler system. Living units over the water have
exposed underside. There is no way for FD to suppress a fire under the waterside units.
Install additional a dry fire sprinkler system underside of the buildings over the water for
any option. Fire District agrees with the sprinkler mitigation measure.
3.
Fire hydrants no more than 300 feet from any new structure with a maximum of 600 feet
between ftre hydrants. Include 4-inch sexless adapters installed on large steamer ports as
specified by the rITe District.
4.
Access roads designated permanent fire lane (s) and no curbside parking allowed at any
time. The curbs painted and stenciled "fIre lane" using high visibility permanent paint
along with signage.
S.
Retail, restaurant and club have approved fire sprinkler system for any option selected.
