The addition of the 50 units would have the following adverse impact on the value and livibility of our townhome. I. Traffic and parking problems are already in evidence. The additional traffic created by adding 50 units may well bring these problems beyond county requirements. 2.Changing from townhomes to condominiums creates a more transient occupancy which typically results in a lower level of maintance. 3. Any additional use of the shoreline area in front of the existing townhomes would be detrimental to a fragile ecosystem which is already being abused. 4. The revised resort plan would obviously maximize the profit margin for the off-shore owners, but at the same time it would greatly reduce the pleasure and tranquility of living ill this area.
