books purchased for the Prosecuting Attorrey's
Office, and
WHEREAS, it ap:r:ears that the book fund of
said Prosecuting Attorney's Office is exhausted;
BE IT llIEREBY RESOLVED that, any and all
funds remaining in any of t he maintenance and

operation items or said office shall be, and
hereby are, transferred and set over into t:te
Heference Books fund of sai d office, and, the
Auditor and TreaSlrer of Jefferson County are
here wi th authorized and ordered then to pay
out such moneys in tbe manrer prescribed 'by law.
