WHEHEAS the Board of COUD. ty Con1l111ss1oners have deemed 1 t
wise to oarx7 on a program of pUblic park construction and im-
provement, end
WhEREAS in order to plJl.rtlcipate in the \'Vorks Progress Admin-
istration program toward the construction of the said parks, it
was necessary to start this work in the yes,r 1938, and
WhEHEAS it was nec.essary to make disbursements in the amount
of ~349.36 as sponsorts contributions, and
WhEREAS sald disbursements were made from Road District No. 1
FundS, as an immediate means to carry the work to completion, and
WHEREAS the <iisbursements for the park program 1s deenled a
Current Expense fund operation,
BE 11' lRERE:FOHE hESOLVED that Road Dlstrlot No. 1 be reimbursed
in the ronount of 4fl349.36 fr'an the County PI'operty Current Expense
1:<und and BE IT fi'Uh'J.'b.ER HESOLVED that the County 'l'rea,Burer be in-
structed to make such transfer.
