WFiliREAS a balance of $9404.89 was in the County Roa~
Fund, Jefferson County, January 1, 1939, and
WBElillAS said biLance was not included in the County Roa.d
budget for the year 1939, as adopted by the Board of County Com-
missioners, and
WhEREAS said balance shall be set aside for construction
purposes, as a supplemental budget,
BE rr 'i'H.EREE'ORE RESOLVED that we the Boa.rd of County Com-
missioners, do hereby set aside the aforesaid sum to be exp.ended
for new construction during the the year 1939.
