RESOLU1'ION NO ? r
WBEREAS it is to the best interests of' the People of
Jefferson County that the Oal{ Bay-Mats Mats Bay Road be
constructed under the County Road Specifications, and
WEEEEAS, the public interests of the People of Jefferson
County demand the improvement, and
Wl-.iEHEAS it is planned to make the necessary location sur-
veys and secure rights of way, and
WlillREAS the estimated cost of the aforementioned items is
$2000.00,
BE IT ~}rnREFORE RESOLVED that the O~{ Bay-Mats Mats Bay
~
Road be located from the SW'~ swi- Section 1, Twp. 29 N.R. 1. W.
W.IVl., thence in aA southeasterly direction approximately 5.0
miles to the SEt SEt Section 32, Twp. 29 N. R. 1 E., W.M., as
provided under the provisions of Chapter 187, Session Laws of
1937 and that the sum of ;iP2000.00 be set aside from the County
Road Fund for the purposes aforesaid.
