VVREHEAS, it is to the best interests of the People of
Jefferson County that the Beckett Point Road be improved
under the County Road Specifications, and
v'VHEREAS the public interests of the People of Jefferson
County demand the im.provements, and
V~IEFffiAS, the estimated cost of the project is $1400.00,
BE 1'1' 1J:1IEREFORE RESOLVED that the Beckett Point Road
be improved from the intersec tion with the Port 'l'ovIDsend-Chevy
Chase Road in the SEl Nw-i Section 24, 'I'wp. 30 N. R. 2 W, thence
in a westerly direction an approximate distance of 3500 feet
terminating in Lot 1, Section 23, Twp. 30 N R 2 W., W.M., as
provided under pro~isions of Chapter 187, Session Laws of 1937,
end that the sum of ,~1400.00 be set aside for the purposes
aforesaid.
