RESOLUTION NO q.J
WHEREAS it is to the best interests of the People of Jefferson
Oounty that the portion of the Oounty Road ~ystem known as the
Olearwater Road be improved under County Road Specifications, and
WEEREAS the public interests of the People of Jerferso.n OOlmty
cl_md the improvement, and
WHEREAS the estimated cost of the project is $2400.00,
BE IT T~REFORE RESOLVED that the Clearwater Road from the inter-
section with State ~oad #9, thence in a easterly direction and approx-
1matea distance of three miles be improved under the provisions of
Oha.pter 18'7, Session La.ws of 1937 and Chapter 181, Session Laws of 1939
and that the sum of $2500.00 be set aside from the County Road Fund
for the purposes aforesaid.
