WHEREAS, the Honorable Board of County Commissioners de.em it
'advisable to sell the said land
THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 (one dollar)
they therefore sell to the said DEPARTN~NT OF HIGHWAYS the
following described lands:
Lots 7 to 12 inclusive in Block 31 of 'Junction City' 8.S
per plat recorded in Volume 2 of Plats on page 103 records of Jefferson
County ,
That portion of Government Lot 20f Section 23, Township 29 North,
Range 2 West W.M. Lying East of the West 10 Acres of sa~d lot and
Northwesterly of the existing State Highway; be'ing des1.gnated
on the County Assessor's Plat and Description Book as that portion
of Tax No 5 of said Section 23 lying North of 'the Highway.
