Whereas, that portion of the old Chimacum--Hadlock High-
w ay situated in Jefferson County and more fully described as:
(West of Black top)
SE! of SE- Sec 2 Twp 29 - r l~is considered by all members
of the undersigned Board of County Commiss ioners to be useless
and,
WHEREAS it is the intention of said Board to vacate it,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that we, the Board of Commlssio~rs
of Jefferson County un~lmously state that it is our intention
that this road should be vacated and that William Bugge, the
County Engineer of said County is hereby instructed to examine
sa id road and render his opinion as required by law on whether
the public will be benefitted by such vacation and abanAonment
and to state all other facts, matters and things which will be
of importance to this board of County Commissioners in this matter.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED that said report will be consid-
ered and a public hearing thereon held on August ,8, 1939 at 2:00
p. m. in the Commissioners's Room of the Courthouse at Port Town-
sead and the Auditor of Jefferson County is herewith inst~ucted
to give notice of such
