RESOLUTION NO /~
~, it became vitally necessary for tne best interest
of the COUNTY OF JEFFERSON and the public generally te iDsure title
to land in Township 25-2 West and Township 26-2 West, and
WHEREAS, The Jefferson CO\mty Abstract Company did provide
the necessary title insurance in the form of Policy No. B-1l7 at
the cost of $122.50, and $1.00 forSTATE ST. * and
WHEREAS, there are no properly alloted funds available to
pay the Jefferson County Abstract Company, and
WHEREAS, this is a matter ef pressing ..ergency,
lOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the COlUlt,. Auditor of
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Washington, be, and he is hereby, authorized 1;0
draw warrants upon the Current Expense Fund to pay the said
Jefferson County Abstract Company for the said policy of title
insurance in the sum above mentioned.
