DEDIOATION OF COUNTY PROPERTY F'OR PUBLIC USE AND ENJOYMENT

WHEREAS the County of Jefferson is the owner of the following
described real property, which is suitable for scenie and park purposes,
to-wit: '
Lot No.2, Section 30, Twp. 30 N. R. 1 W. W.M.,
AND WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners, in sess10a dulY'
assembled, deem it for the best int~rest of the County of Jefferson
and the public generally, that the aforesaid described real property
should be dedicated for recreational, public USe and enjoyment.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the aforesaid described property
be, and it hereby is, dedicated to the public for the uses herein above
set forth for park and recreational purposes, subject to all reasonable
rules and regulations made by the Board of Count., Comm18s1oDers, as D1
Statutes proveded; and it is hereby further resolvect that said Board
of Oommissioners be, and they hereby are, authorized to n~e said
recreational parks.
WITNESS the hand of the Board of County Oommissioners and the
Official Seal of Jefferson County hereto affixed, this ~th day of
