Subject:
Adopting New Chapter 13.56 of the Jefferson County Code, and
Establishing Accommodations of Utilities upon Jefferson County Rights-of-
Way (Repeal & Replace 38-91 and 2-81 Franchise)
Adopting a New Chapter of the Jefferson County Code,
Telecommunications Use of Jefferson County Rights-of-Way
Amending the Emergency Interim Control Ordinance (EICO) #06-0828-98
with Respect to Siting of Public Purpose Facilities, and Changing the
Name. Now to be Known as Interim Control Ordinance
Amending the Interim Controls Ordinance (lCO) to Provide the Zoning
Administrator with the Authority and Criteria to Review Applications for
Consistency with Section 13 Use Table
Establishing Procedures and Process for the Disposition of Unclaimed
Remains of Indigent Persons in Jefferson County; and Establishing the
Jefferson County Indigent Remains Account.
Extending the Interim Official Control Ordinance (lCO) for an Additional
Six Months per Chapter 36.70A.390 RCW (For an additional 6 months or
until the UDC is adopted)
Establishing a No Shooting Zone in the Brinnon area to be known as the
Triton Cove No Shooting Zone as petitioned
On Site Sewage Regulations (Adopted by Board of Health)
Establishing the Office of County Administrator (effective immediately)
Imposing a Conservation Futures Tax; Providing for the Administration and
Collection of Said Tax; Establishing a Conservation Futures Tax Fund; and
Activating the Conservation Futures Advisory Board (Established by
Resolution No. 43-99) - effective 01/01/2001
Adoption of the Jefferson County Unified Development Code (UDC)
