PURPOSES, the PL VC is formed to ''be a unifying force in the Port Ludlow Community and work toward building consensus among the residents, merchants, property owners and others having an interest in the Port Ludlow Community". Port Ludlow Associates is a property owner having an interest in the Community and is an applicant for development within the MPR Resort zone. Other property owners within the Community have expressed concerns with regard to certain aspects of the application that raises a need to work toward building consensus within the Community. At the July 1, 2004, PL VC Meeting President Saber delivered a copy of her letter to me and to each of you in response to my "complaints". She stated in her letter "We do not object to your completion of the resort". We have no objection to meeting with you if the meeting is in good faith". Port Ludlow Associates is expressing, by this letter, a willingness to meet in good faith and work on solutions to expressed concerns. I am requesting that the Directors meet with me to establish a protocol for selecting a Committee and establish a procedure for resolving outstanding issues. /" I am hopeful that all concerned parties can be represented to unify and build consensus for a plan that can move forward.
