Re: Resort Development - Ludlow Bay Village
Dear Marco & Greg:
I will not be attending the meeting with Ecology next Thursday. This is not the proper process
for a pre application conference and would be inconsistent with RCW 36.70B.
Additionally, due to the ongoing difficulties associated with selecting a preferred alternative the
DSEIS is hereby indefinitely postponed pending future analysis and additional public review.
