The consultant team shall proceed with a response to comments alternative to be included in
the final supplemental EIS. . The working draft shall be forwarded to the Department of
Community Development in early January of 2005.
Upon final determination by the SEPA responsible official, the final SEIS will be issued in
February of 2005.
