Amending Emergency Ordinance No. 06-0828-98 to allow the siting of
Public Purpose Facilities including Police Stations and Fire Halls upon all
lands within unincorporated Jefferson County and Exempting Public
Purpose Facilities from the maximum building cap contained in Sections 8,
9, 10, & 11 of this Ordinance
Establishing a Fee for Site Specific Comprehensive Plan Amendments
($250.00)
Establishment of a No Shooting Zone in Brinnon (The area bordered on the
east by Highway 101; on the North by the Dosewallips Road; on the west
by the power line; and on the south by the Dosewallips River)

Vacation Ordinance (defines process for Statutory Road Vacations.)
Repealing the interim development controls of Ordinance No. 10-1214-98
and adopting new development regulations for the Port Ludlow Master
Planned Resort.
Establish fees for the Moderate Risk Waste Facility of the Solid Waste
Division
Amending Ordinance No. 12-1209-96 Fee Schedule for the Public Services
Departments in order to allow for conditional refunding of Comprehensive
Plan Amendment fees.
