(Effective July 13, 1998) Establishing Procedures for Land Use Applications Processed by Jefferson County (Effective 30 days after passing) Code Interpretation Ordinance (Effective 30 days after passing) Emergency Interim Controls Ordinance (EICO); Effective Immediately (Lifts subdivision moratorium) Interim Controls for the Master Planned Resort at Port Ludlow Emergency Ordinance being Adopted Pursuant to Chapter 36.70.790 and Chapter 36.70A.390 Revised Code of Washington Amending Ordinance No. 04-0828-98 and Section 18.55 ofthe Jefferson County Code by Establishing Temporary Uses of Forty-Five (45) days Duration Amending Ordinance No. 02-0622-98, the Excise Tax on the sale and charge made for the furnishing oflodging that is subject to tax under Chapter 82.08 RCW authorizing the collection of said tax within the City of Port Townsend (Effective 1/1/99) Amending the Interim Ordinance No. 06-0828-98 Sections 3.160,4 and 11, under RCW 36.70A.390, regulating land use and development within the Port Ludlow Master Planned Resort Traffic Ordinance: (Repeals and replaces Ordinance No. 10-1206-93 and Ordinance 2-88 - Includes prohibition on Truck Unmuffled Compression Brakes (Jake Brakes) where properly signed and changes speed limits in County Parks, on Chimacum Road and 4 Comers Road) (Amended by Resolution No. 49-99 and 82-03)
