and collection thereof; and establishing a Distressed Area Fund (4/100 of 1 % which
is offset by State - No additional tax)

Section 18.55 ofthe Jefferson County Code by Establishing Temporary Uses of
Forty-Five (45) days Duration
Amending Ordinance No. 02-0622-98, the Excise Tax on the sale and charge made
for the furnishing oflodging that is subject to tax under Chapter 82.08 RCW
authorizing the collection of said tax within the City of Port Townsend (Effective
1/1/99)
Amending the Interim Ordinance No. 06-0828-98 Sections 3.160,4 and 11, under
RCW 36.70A.390, regulating land use and development within the Port Ludlow
Master Planned Resort
Traffic Ordinance: (Repeals and replaces Ordinance No. 10-1206-93 and Ordinance
2-88 - Includes prohibition on Truck Unmuffled Compression Brakes (Jake Brakes)
where properly signed and changes speed limits in County Parks, on Chimacum
Road and 4 Comers Road) (Amended by Resolution No. 49-99 and 82-03)
