Commercial Significance, as Required by Chapter 36.70.A RCW
(Replaces Ordinance #07-0524-95)
An Emergency Being Adopted Pursuant to Chapter 36.70.790 and
Chapter 36.70A.390 Revised Code of Washington Establishing
"Interim Official Controls"
Defining the Responsibilities and Expanding the Membership of the
Jefferson County Board of Health (Increased membership from 3 to
7 including a City Council person, a Hospital District Commission
and 2 "at-large" members representing unincorporated JC)
Drug Free Zone at Quilcene School
Establishing a "No Shooting" Area in the Black Point Vicinity of
Brinnon (excluding the Brinnon Flats)
Establishment of a Drug Free Zone around the Brinnon School
District property
Amending the Shoreline Management Master Program as
recommended by the Planning Commission (sending Shoreline
Applications to the Hearing Examiner.)
