Dear Ms. Farfan, and Mr. Scalf:
I am writing this letter in protest of the Port Ludlow Resort Build-Out and Marina Expansion.
When I bought the property at 24 Heron Road back in 1997, I made my purchasing decision
based on the total area that was quite appealing. Now, the developers wish to take away the very
desirable amenities that were what we really purchased.
The marina expansion, increased density, parking congestion, and the many violations of
building codes will certainly decrease the value of my property.
What are building codes for if they are not enforced for the protection of all the residences?
We want the property to remain as we bought it. All these changes will decrease the values of
our properties.
