I understand there will be a hearing on December 6th. I am particularly concerned with that portion of that plan that pertains to the construction of the complex of residential units referred to as Admiralty III. I live in a condo in Admiralty II, and I fear that further construction on the site directly above our Admiralty I and Admiralty II condos is a very bad idea. We already have water runoff from the entire slope behind us. Additional construction will exacerbate our drainage problems. We already have traffic congestion on our small 'lanes', and residents here are already concerned with fire equipment access and egress for residents in case of an emergency. What I really anticipate should such construction take place is the hoard of landlocked residents of the new buildings swarming across our Admiralty II property to get to the beach. There will be no access, except through the property of the existing Admiralty condos, the properties of which are owned by their respective home owners associations. Additionally, As I understand it, Port Ludlow is designated an MPR which means Master Planned Resort. How can it be maintain its ambiance as a 'resort' if every square foot of what is now open space is covered with residential housing and parking lots? Do I understand correctly that the developer's plan includes building houses OVER the lagoon? The present Ludlow Bay Village is an example of what happens when a limited area is over-built: traffic congestion, no provision for pedestrians except where cars travel too, obscure beach access, and limited parking_ We have a fragile environment here and it better to be safe then sorry in development. Once its up, it can't be reversed. 1~k ~ consideration of my views. 6~bard /60 Admiralty Lane, #325 Port Ludlow, W A 98365 ,f '.. i ()"G q'- E'M' g"u..,,",., ;., # -> CCi ~.""'~~,,-- "'" Page.___L,of_ ( "
