NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 5-80
JEFFERSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEE SCHEDULE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jefferson County Board of
Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at the hour of 11:00 a.m.
on Monday, January 4, 1982 in the Commissioners' Chambers, Jefferson
County Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington, for the purpose of
obtaining comments of all interested persons on the proposed changes
to Ordinance No. 5-80, Jefferson County Health Department Fee Schedule.
The proposed amendments are as follows:
ORDINANCE NO. 1-82
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5-80
FEE SCHEDULE
AN ORDINANCE establishing a new fee schedule for sewage dis-
posal, food service operations, water systems, solid waste disposal,
and medical services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE JEFFERSON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS:
I. On-site Sewage Disposal
A) Sewage Disposal Permits
1. New installation - non-commercial
2. New installation - commercial
3. Repair - non-commercial
4. Repair - commercial
5. Larger on-site sewage disposal system, new
installation or repair ($90.00 paid at time of
first plan submittal which is applied toward
