NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners will con-
duct a publ ic hearing at the hour of 4: 00 pm on February 16, 1982 tn their chambers
at the county courthouse in Port Townsend, Washington for the purpose of obtaining
comments of all interested persons on the proposed establishment of the Jefferson
County Planning Department Fee Sahedule Ordinanae. The proposed ordinance is as
follows:
ORDINANCE NO. 3-82
JEFFERSON COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT FEE SCHEDULE
An ordinance establishing a unified fee schedule for the Jefferson County Plan-
ning Department that amends the following:
a. Jefferson County Subdivision Ordinanae 1-75, Sections 5.103 and 6.103
b. Jefferson County Camper Club Ordinanae 3-80, Section 5.103
c. Jefferson County Implementing ()Pdinanae: State Envirorunental PoUay Act 1-81,
Section 6.60
d. Resolution 46-70 regarding current use tax assessment applications
e. Jefferson-Port Townsend ShoreUne Management Master Program, Section 6.603
BE IT ORDAINED by the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners that the following
fee schedule be adopted:
