NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1-82
JEFFERSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEE SCHEDULE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jefferson County Board of
Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at the hour of 11:00 a.m.
on Monday, October 11, 1982 in the Commissioners' Chambers, Jefferson
County Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington, for the purpose of
obtaining comments of all interested persons on the proposed changes
to Ordinance No. 1-82, Jefferson County Health Department Fee Schedule.
The proposed amendments are as follows:

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1-82
HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEE SCHEDULE
AN ORDINANCE establishing a new fee schedule for sewage dis-
posal, food service operations, water systems, solid waste disposal,
and medical services.

These figures are taken from the Revenue Report of the Department
of Social and Health Services issued September 7, 1982. With the
increase in fees' proposed, the 1983 budget percentages will be approx-
imately the same as 1982 for Jefferson County.'" Comparisons in fee
schedules also show that Jeffers'on County's fees are consistently
lower than those of adjoining counties.
