NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jefferson County Board of Commis-
sioners will conduct a public hearing at the hour of 10:30 a.m. on Monday,
December 22, 1980, in the Commissioners' Chamber, Jefferson County Court-
house, Port Townsend, Washington, for the purpose of obtaining comments of
all interested persons on the proposed changes to Ordinance No. 2-79, Jeffe~~
son County Health Department Fee Schedule. The proposed amendments are as
follows:

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2-79
FEE SCHEDULE
AN ORDINANCE establishing a new fee schedule for sewage disposal, food
service operations, water systems, solid waste disposal, and medical services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE JEFFERSON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS:

the $40.00 portion of the Septic Tank Pumpers Permit shall be pro-rated.
All Annual permits expire December 31st~
