We who live in this area strongly object to the county permitting the building of Admiralty III condominiums.
1. Admiralty III buildings will cause severe crowding in the resort area. It will truly overpower existing natural facilities.
2. The environmental impact statement calls Admiralty I and II a "moderate risk slip zone." This would be adding more
buildings right above to the slip zone.
3. There is a shortage of parking and parking on the street which will occur will create a tremendous safety risk.
4. In addition, we are already being flooded by rainwater runoff and underground water causes standing water problems.
Please take these items into consideration when considering more condominiums in this waterfront area.
