Dear Mr. Scalf,
I am a very concerned long time Port Ludlow owner about the many units of condominiums planned by PLA in the Marina
area. The density of population that this would bring is completely unexceptable. For safety reasons there
should be walking paths,also. .Please, give thoughtful consideration to this density problem and I urge you to
recommend permitting just the remaining 25 Town Houses that have already been approved.
