Subject: PLA plans for Ludlow Bay Village
When my husband and I purchased property in Port Ludlow, one of the things that attracted us to
this village was the fact that it was a Master Planned Resort with protective covenants that would
protect our investment.
It now appears that Port Ludlow Associates are trying to negate that plan with their proposals for
the Ludlow Bay Village.
I understand that the Ludlow Bay Village issues were all reviewed and negotiated to satisfaction
in 1994.
That being the case, PLA's design to increase the density by nearly 60% with condominiums that
were never part of the accepted plan just shouldn't be allowed.
They are asking that single car garages with parking in a very short space in front of the garage be
accepted. We all know that jus wouldn't work.
Their application references Admiralty ill but with no detail for how they would deal with
drainage of that very wet area..
In summary there are just too many deficiencies in this plan to allow it to be accepted.
Thank you
