Subject: case # MAL05-00407
Attn: AI Scalf DCD Mgr.
Please refer to case number MAL05-00407. This case refers to PLA,s resort plan as it applies to Port Ludlow.
I disagree to the majority of the proposals by PLA which, if approved, will result in an increase in density to the
detriment of the current and future residents of Port Ludlow.
a. The revised proposal would be very detrimental to the needed services provided by the police and fire protection
entities--12 foot driveways are a definite hazard.
b. The proposed overall plan would have a negative impact on the environment of Ludlow Bay.
c. Port Ludlow residents are very active walkers. This plan does not address their needs for safety because of the lack
of consideration for the walkers in the design.
In general I would encourage the planning process to adhere to the original and approved plan.
