AI, I'm all for having the opportunity to meet with the DCD staff prior to the hearing. As you know I've had issues
with the access PLA's attorney has had to your staff and this would go a long way toward making the process
more balanced.
While the date has not been set for the hearing it sounds like it will be while we are out of town. We would
obviously prefer that the hearing be held when we are available ( before the 14th or after the 29th of Janaury), but
I have another thought that maybe you could run by Mr. Berteig. It sounds like there will likely be many people
testifying and that it will take more than one day....so is it possible to actually have a time for public testimony mid
to late December or early January and then finish up at the actual hearing in mid January if that is when it must be
scheduled??
