I understand the hearing on the major revision to the resort plan will be held in Port Townsend at the Fort on
January 17th. I understand that the record remains open for submissions through January 16th. If I am unable to
attend in person, I would like my submission to be considered as presented in person on January 17th for all
purposes including notice on the grant of permits, sending permits to the DOE, and appeal. Would you let me
know if there is any problem with this.
